A modern, student-focused housing rental platform for UNC Chapel Hill. Features secure user authentication, dynamic listing management (post, view, edit, delete), real-time chat, listing persistence, and advanced search/filtering.

Our project analyzed student engagement and performance in CourseKata to address chapter difficulty discrepancies. Utilizing Python and Pandas, we identified challenging chapters (low EOC scores despite high engagement) and quantified difficulty with a novel 'score engagement differential' (SED) and 'relative difficulty metric' (RDM). Findings indicated strong statistical significance (p=0.028, r=0.549) and a positive correlation between engagement and performance. We recommend dynamically adjusting question difficulty and restructuring chapters 2 and 3 based on our RDM, supported by research on AI-driven personalization.

Developed a Practice Test Generation feature for CSXL, enabling users to upload study resources and generate custom practice tests using OpenAI API. Implemented backend API routes (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy) and a modular Angular frontend for a smooth user experience.
